Like most brands, our products are photographed under controlled lighting. Colours tend to be perceived differently depending on factors such as shot angles, lighting, background tones and colour temperatures. As a result, prints and colours may vary. Nevertheless, we strive to match the tones as close to the original product colours as possible
At Saree Stories by Midhila, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with DTDC couriers. We offer free shipping inside Kerala & Outside Kerala, shipping charges will be ₹50/pc.
For International buyers, payments can be accepted through credit cards. Shipping charges are calculated as per the weight and the location. If you opt for shipping in India, local shipping charges are applicable. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
All products will be dispatched within 15-20days of receiving the order. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before the material is cut for the sticthing of your order.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should submit the parcel opening 360° video without pause and cut. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit. We take great efforts to put in the details of measurements and fabric of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on any other reasons except the damaged material.
We do not offer refunds, once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit or the defect in the piece. We recommend to carefully check your size with the body size mentioned with each product. This uniquely patterned products unlike the commonly available “ready-made”, has 1.5 inches margins to loosen up to 1 size up. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/charged. Any refund against a return request made to Sareestories by Midhila customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice. After the merchandise is received by Sareestories by Midhila, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder”s credit / debit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder”s credit / debit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder”s credit / debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder”s issuing bank.
